This policy applies to personal data collected via our websites (including avileadgen.com), forms, booking flows, email communications, and related services operated by AVI Lead Gen.

Booking details and calendar events (date/time, notes).
Support tickets / chat transcripts (ThriveDesk or equivalent).
Transactional data (invoices, billing contact) only if you become a client.
3. How we collect data
You provide data when completing forms, booking calls, applying to programs, emailing us, or uploading files.
We collect technical/log data through cookies and analytics tools when you visit our site.
We may receive contact details from third-party integrations or partners only when you authorize that sharing.
4. Purposes & legal bases for processing
We process personal data for legitimate business purposes and with your consent where required. Typical purposes include:

Support / chat: ThriveDesk (tickets and chat transcripts).
Email delivery: FluentSMTP or other mail providers you authorize.
Analytics & tracking: Google Analytics / MonsterInsights.
Site tools / builder: Elementor, Essential Addons, Templately.
Security & image optimization: Image Optimizer plugins, Cloudflare or CDN providers (if used).
Other tools used by AVI Lead Gen as needed: Squirrly SEO, Jetpack, Safe SVG or SVG support, and other plugins listed in our operations stack.
When we share data with processors, we require contracts that limit use and require appropriate security. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to satisfy legal, tax, or accounting obligations:
Prospect & contact records: retained until you request deletion or we deem the contact inactive; typically kept for up to 2 years after last engagement unless otherwise required.
Client records, invoices & contracts: retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and tax requirements.
Support tickets & chat transcripts: retained for operational purposes (commonly 1–3 years).
Analytics/aggregate data: retention varies by provider; aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely.
If you request deletion and there are no overriding legal reasons to retain data, we will delete your personal data subject to backups and legal constraints.
8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA & similar)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

13. Form, booking & support specifics
Booking confirmations / reminders: we send confirmations and reminders for scheduled calls (FluentBooking / calendar invites). These messages contain only necessary details (date, time, link).
Support & chat transcripts: support conversations (via ThriveDesk) are retained to resolve the request; they are accessible to staff handling support.
Webhooks/API: if you connect third-party services (e.g., calendar sync), data may be transmitted to those services as needed.

Session cookie — purpose: form/session handling — retention: session — required.
Analytics (Google Analytics) — purpose: usage metrics — retention: up to 26 months (provider default, configurable).
Marketing/retargeting — purpose: ad targeting — only used with consent.
